SYSTEM UPGRADE

QuickBooks/Quicken/Mint Users

First National Bank is migrating to a new online banking system. The weekend of February 10th – February 12th we will be performing a system upgrade. This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition.

The conversion instructions reference two Action Dates. Please use the dates below:

1. When I go to my internet favorite/bookmark to log in, the page displays a not found error.

You will have to go to www.fnbnorth.com and select the Login Tab Personal/Business radio button. Add this page as a new favorite/bookmark to log in.


2. When I try to log in, the page displays an unable to log you in error.

Remote Deposit Capture

Remote Deposit Capture is a system that allows commercial customers to scan checks remotely and transmit the check images to the bank for deposit instead of physically coming to the bank to make a deposit.  Monthly fees apply along with a rental fee or purchase of a check scanner.
