SYSTEM UPGRADE FEBRUARY 10TH – FEBRUARY 13th
First National Bank is continuing to enhance our products and services to better serve you.
We will be performing a system upgrade the weekend of February 10th to February 13th. During this maintenance window there will be temporary interruptions including:
Effective 02/10/2023 at 5:30 P.M. until 02/13/2023 at 9:00 A.M.
- eStatements: If you currently have Internet/Mobile Banking you will retrieve your eStatements by logging into Internet Banking or Mobile app, For non-Internet Banking users – more to come
- Debit Card purchase capability will remain enabled, ATM balance inquiry and transfer options will be disabled. We will not have the ability to change debit card limits or input travel notifications starting at 4:30 p.m. on February 10th.
- Personal (Internet and Mobile Banking) will be in INQUIRY MODE ONLY starting at 5:00 p.m. on February 10th.
- Business Online Banking including ACH transfer capability and Remote Deposit Capture will be disabled.
- No transfers can be made, No mobile check deposits, No CheckFree, Bill Pay or Zelle access, however, all scheduled transfers/payments will NOT be interrupted.
- All teller transactions processed after close day on Friday, February 10th will be processed on Monday, February 13th.
- QuickBooks Online and Quicken Connect and Mint - We STRONGLY RECOMMEND to download transactions the week of February 6th no later than 5:00pm on February 10th.
